Merlino buys retail neighbor for $19.5M

REDMOND — A line retail complex at 16110-16144 N.E. 87th St. sold last week for $19.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Marbella LLC, associated with the Best family, which had owned the shopping center for decades.
