Wallingford retail trades for over $4M

SEATTLE — Harold's Lighting, a longtime fixture in Wallingford, sold this week for $4.2 million, according to King County records.

The seller at 1904-1910 N. 45th St. was KC Investment Group LLC, which is related to the Hansen family. Harold Hansen acquired the midblock complex for his namesake business in 1967. It was south across 45th for 10 years prior.
