J&M Hotel Building finds new hands

SEATTLE — The century-old and mostly vacant J&M Hotel Building, at 201 First Ave. S. in Pioneer Square, sold this week for almost $1.6 million, according to King County records.

The seller was the lender, iBorrow, which financed the last sale in 2014 to Seneca Ventures (not to be confused with local shop Seneca Group). That sale was for about $3.2 million.
