Trammell Crow wraps huge Kelso industrial project

No tenants have been announced for “the largest speculative industrial facility ever built in the Pacific Northwest.”

Work began in the summer of 2023 on Trammell Crow's big Kelso industrial building, dubbed Mid I-5.
