Runberg takes over design for 192 affordable units at North Seattle College

The building will rise on the south end of the campus. This isn’t Runberg’s final design.

Thunderbird Nest is the new moniker for an affordable housing project on the south end of the North Seattle College campus, at 9250 College Way N. And Runberg Architecture Group is newly designing the four-story, 192-unit project.
