37 Capitol Hill units sell for $12M

SEATTLE — Two neighboring buildings traded last week between the same two parties. King County recorded the combined deal for a bit under $11.9 million.

The seller was Hillcrest Associates LP, associated with Ron Danz and partners, which had owned the older Hillcrest for the past four decades. It also developed the newer north building at 1811 17th Ave. That dates to 2014.
