Steakhouse coming to Pioneer Square?

SEATTLE — In Pioneer Square, the restaurant space at 323 Occidental Ave. S. has proven hard to fill.

Bar Sajor shuttered there in 2016. Copal lasted until the pandemic. Since then, Gibraltar's Laura Miller has been seeking to fill the space, with its kitchen and main fixtures intact. (Samis owns the Scientific Building, which sits on the corner of South Jackson Street.)
