New life, and food, for vacant downtown Bartell?

The glowing orange bay in the Medical Dental Building appears vacant and ready for new use.

Downtown's Medical Dental Building has several addresses, including 1628 Fifth Ave. That's part of the corner retail bay vacated by Bartell at the end of 2023, which Real Retail has since been seeking to fill.
