Compass joins the 201 Queen Anne conversion team

As the DJC first reported in 2023, Stream Real Estate was then planning to convert a vacant old Uptown office building to apartments. The land sale at 201 Queen Anne Ave. N. later came at the very end of that year, with architect Board & Vellum already at work on the change of use. Design review isn't required. There's not yet a master use permit, and Stream hasn't announced a start date.
