Annual affordable housing progress report released

The Affordable Housing Advisory Board (AHAB) has released its 2025 Annual Progress Report, compiling current data on Washington housing affordability, and building on the state's 2023-2028 Affordable Housing Advisory Plan.

The report aims to be a resource for policymakers, housing advocates and community leaders working to improve Washington's housing stability.
