BioMed Realty lands first MUP for 200 Taylor life-science block

This view looks southwest at the full-block T6 development.

Two blocks east of Seattle Center is a patch of rubble and bare slab, spanning a full city block owned by BioMed Realty. Some may recall the old Executive Inn, now demolished; there were once also some motley old industrial and offices, also now gone.
