106 Uptown units trade for over $42M

With its terraces, arches and mansard roof, the Metro has always been a bit of an architectural outlier in Uptown.

The Metro on First apartments, at 215 First Ave. W. in lower Queen Anne, sold this week for $42.6 million, according to King County records.
