Spring District brewpub sold

BELLEVUE — The Spring District brewpub/office building at 1285 122nd Ave. N.E. sold last week for almost $16.3 million, according to King County records.

The sellers were two LLCs associated with Wright Runstad and Shorenstein Properties, which developed the Spring District and continue to sell various portions of the 36-acre campus.
