SEATTLE — For decades, Lyon's Grocery has been serving its popular sandwiches and providing groceries from its corner location at 2100 Dexter Ave. N.

That corner parcel, at Crockett Street, and two neighboring parcels were assembled during the 1980s by a local couple.
