Kent portfolio sells for over $28M

KENT — A three-piece industrial portfolio traded this week between the same two parties, which both used LLCs, in a series of deals recorded by King County.

Those totaled about $28.2 million. The seller was Lift Partners, which acquired the trio in 2021 for about $19.7 million.
