Walsh to build 86 Lynnwood units

Units at the unnamed three-story development will range from one- to three-bedrooms.

Two vacant old Lynnwood apartment properties, the Timberglen and Pinewood, are bound for demolition this May. They're owned by the Housing Authority of Snohomish County, which is planning a new affordable housing development at 5714 200th St. S.W.
