Amazon warehouse sells for $51M

EVERETT — An Amazon-leased warehouse at 607 Riverside Road sold last month for $51 million. Snohomish County only recorded the deal this week.

The seller was Glacier Owner LLC, associated with KKR, which acquired the building in 2020 for about $45.1 million.
