The location is convenient to the fairly new RapidRide H Line.

Work stalled on a West Seattle apartment project in December of 2023, and the lender more recently called in the loan. A courthouse foreclosure auction will be held on June 9, unless new money can be found by the developer, Avalon Apartments LLC, which is associated with local shop Union Street Investments.
