Ark Lodge Cinemas building is sold

SEATTLE — As the DJC reported in 2020, the former Masonic Hall in Columbia City, at 4812 Rainier Ave. S., was then on the block.

Most know it as the four-screen Ark Lodge Cinemas, which struggled during the pandemic and closed its doors last month. A subsequent GoFundMe effort on behalf of the tenant, cinema operator David McRae, was unsuccessful.
