Maritime property sells for over $7M

TACOMA — An industrial complex at 2218 Marine View Drive sold last week for $7.8 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was Swindahl Properties LLC, which had owned the property for decades. There, Swindahl family has run Modutech Marine since 1970.
