Once to be a modular, mass-timber showpiece, Tukwila site changes hands

The Wadajir Market and Residences never entered full review with the city of Tukwila.

A motel at 14110 Tukwila International Blvd. sold last week for nearly $4.7 million, according to King County records. The seller was an LLC associated with the nonprofit land trust Forterra, which acquired the property in 2017 for over $4.2 million. The former Knights Inn has since been used for affordable housing.
