New cafe on Occidental Square

SEATTLE — Ephesus Meze & Wine Bar opened two years ago in the Weyerhaeuser headquarters building, at 200 Occidental Ave. S. in Pioneer Square. The business shuttered in recent weeks, and now most of the old furniture and fixtures are gone. It's still in nearly restaurant-ready condition, however, and Real Retail seems to have found a new tenant.

Last week came the plan for Endless Cafe, which calls for some relatively minor cabinet, MEP and kitchen work. The planner and builder is L&Z General Contractor. Frank Fire Protection is also on the job.
