Big Auburn logistics project could be yours to build

Final permits came last year, but not a groundbreaking for the 202,000-square-foot speculative project.

The land sales, totaling nearly $2.3 million, came three years ago. Planning for a new industrial building at 6220 S. 287th St. swiftly gained steam under Vector Development, which dubbed the project Emerald Logistics.
