Boutique Pioneer Square hotel to open as Populus Seattle

Populus Seattle is set to open in late spring. The property is shown this week.

In late spring, Urban Villages is set to open a 120-room boutique hotel at 100 S. King St. in Pioneer Square. Formerly known to DJC readers as Hotel Westland, the developer announced Thursday that the property will open under its Populus Hotels brand.
