Spring leases bloom in Pioneer Square

Now open on Pioneer Square, a petit taste of Paris.

It's not just the tulips and daffodils that are flowering in Pioneer Square. There are some small but encouraging signs of new leases in long-vacant spaces. If office workers aren't coming back to the city's oldest neighborhood, the tourists and sports fans are.
