195 Bellevue units sell for over $68M

The complex now goes by Alder Bellevue.

The former Edgewood Park, at 1501 145th Place S.E. , sold last week for $68.2 million, according to King County records. The seller was Sea 145 2012 LLC, associated with Acacia Capital, which acquired the garden apartments in 2013 for over $41.8 million.
