105 Licton Springs units take shape

The unnamed project, looking southeast, is a block east of Aurora and walkable to groceries.

Plans emerged in late 2023 to raze a small North Seattle office building, at 9414 Stone Ave. N., then redevelop with apartments. Blindheim is now listed as the builder of the seven-story, 105-unit project, which is well detailed in city permit records.
