Totem Lake Motel checks out

KIRKLAND — Dickson recently demolished the vacant old Totem Lake Hotel, at 12233 N.E. Totem Lake Way. The site, directly north of Totem Lake Park, is now bare slab. The demo permit was issued in February.

Owner Plus Capital Partners has its building permit for the eight-story, 203-unit Lake House apartments. That project was designed by Carrier Johnson + Culture. Plus acquired the over 3-acre site in 2021, then paying $8.5 million. It's not publicly listed for sale.
