Su sells Soma towers for $193M

Developed in 2015, the 19- and 26-story buildings have 273 units, lots of parking and a fair amount of retail, restaurant and office space. The architect was Bohlin Cywinski Jackson.

BELLEVUE — The two Soma apartment towers, at 258-288 106th Ave. N.E., just sold for a bit under $192.9 million, according to King County records.
