Roosevelt site sold for over $6M

SEATTLE — A vacant Bank of America branch, at 6615 Roosevelt Way N.E., sold this week for $6.5 million.

The seller was 6615 Roosevelt LLC, which acquired the empty building in March of last year for $4 million. (The seller then was BoA.)
