County buys 136 Federal Way units

FEDERAL WAY — The Brier Woods Apartments, at 31224 Pete von Reichbauer Way S., recently changed hands for an unrecorded price.

The seller was FSC Brightwater Associates LLC, associated with FSC Realty of Beverly Hills, which acquired the property in 2016 for about $18.7 million.
