Emerald Gateway, already big, just keeps gettin' bigger

At full build-out, including one older structure, the complex could span about 1.5 million square feet.

Emerald Gateway, the 62-acre industrial project from Prologis, continues its inexorable growth. On the former Associated Grocers property, tucked between the Duwamish River and Interstate 5, Building 2 was completed last summer, with Rivian taking over half the space.
