CBRE pours Bellevue beer biz into SeaPort Logistics Center

Building 6, now under construction, should be done early next year.

A little east of Lake Tapps, Tarragon's SeaPort Logistics Center is steadily filling up with new tenants. Eventually to total around 2.6 million square feet, it's now poised to welcome Odom Corporation of Bellevue, which recently signed for 250,000 square feet at Building 6, now under construction.
