Sellen to build Interbay pickleball project, now with MUP in hand

LIHI’s former residents have left the site, where the car-wash remnants await demolition.

The master use permit arrived last week for Pickle at the Palms, which will provide pickleball on a now mostly vacant Interbay site, once a Brown Bear car wash, at 3435 15th Ave. W.
