Gig Harbor buildings sell for nearly $11M

GIG HARBOR — A commercial complex at 3201 Jahn Ave. N.W. sold last week for almost $10.8 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was Cornerstone Capital LLC, which acquired the property in 2012 for $2.8 million.
