TCO arrives for 89 Columbia City units next to station

General contractor Blindheim began work in the fall of 2022. SHW is the architect.

Directly west of Columbia City Station, at 3019 S. Angeline St., the city has issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for the new Columbia City Studios.
