Lake City upzone could add 400 units

SEATTLE — The city of Seattle is planning to upzone the fire-damaged and since demolished Lake City Community Center property.

As the DJC has reported, that's to be replaced with about 94 affordable units atop a new community center, with Mercy Housing Northwest as the developer. No architect has been named there.
