Harrell proposes overhaul of Seattle's design review process

    Mayor Bruce Harrell has proposed interim legislation and upcoming permanent reforms to Seattle's design review program, including a temporary pause of design review requirements for new projects and making affordable housing projects permanently exempt from the process.
