NAIOPWA wants your Stars

NAIOP Washington's annual Night of the Stars gala will take place on Nov. 7 at the Hyatt Regency Seattle. But the nomination process, for a dozen-plus categories including Developer of the Year, started this past June 2 and runs through July 18. Judges will then cull the nominations to an elite group of finalists to be named at the September breakfast gathering. The date parameters work like this: Projects should have earned their TCOs, or be substantially completed, between July 1 of last year and this coming Aug. 1. So, mid-summer to mid-summer ... got it? Grab a pencil, paper, calendar and start perusing the DJC website to refresh your memory. Here's an example (pictured): the 195-unit north tower of Yesler Towers, from Su Development (also the builder) and Bohlin Cywinski Jackson.
