$3M yard space deal in South Park

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — A small portion of the Boyer Logistics yard at 7200 Second Ave. S. in South Park sold last week for $3 million, according to King County records.

The buyer was Boyer, which owns the larger yard next door. Boyer specializes in transporting barges to Alaska from its longtime base on the Duwamish Waterway.
