Kerf, with 196 Bellingham units, trades for over $50M

Kerf is the second project One Trent has sold to CEP this year.

The fairly new Kerf apartments, at 208 N. Samish Way in Bellingham, sold right before the Fourth of July weekend. Whatcom County recorded the deal at just over $50.1 million.
