Will the Crescent remain unbroken?

There’s no demolition permit yet for the three-story Columbia City building. All 37 units face the quiet central courtyard.

Four summers back, via an LLC, developer StoryBuilt paid about $7.7 million for an old Columbia City apartment building that it planned to raze. But the 37-unit Crescent, at 5201 42nd Ave. S., is still standing.
