148 Spokane units sell for over $25M

SPOKANE — An apartment complex at 12623 E. Broadway Ave. sold earlier this month for just under $25.5 million, according to Spokane County records.

The buyer was Fourth Avenue Capital, which announced the sale. The firm has offices here and in Spokane. Public records indicate a loan from WTRSHD Fund 1 LP.
