BioMed's empty 1101 Westlake building gets a spruce-up

BioMed Realty paid over $151 million for the roughly 155,000-square-foot building.

There's not a lot of work going on at 1101 Westlake, from which Facebook/Meta departed two years ago, but even a little work is notable when it comes during our desultory post-pandemic office market.
