Progress for 376 Bellevue units from SRM, but no start date

Design for the mostly seven-story structure has been approved.

SRM Development has four different downtown Bellevue apartment projects in planning, with no announced start dates for any. The largest is on the 7-Eleven and former Jack in the Box corner, at 12 Bellevue Way S.E. and Main Street.
