Big Centralia logistics building is underway

Completion is expected in the third quarter of next year.

Down in Centralia, a little west of Interstate 5, Logistics Property Co. closed a $5.2 million land deal in February. Those vacant 33 acres, at 2717 Harrison Ave., were sold by a local family.
