Near downtown station, Greystar outlines 450 Redmond units

Looking south, Greystar is eyeing about 7 acres of what’s now pavement and retail.

Three-plus years ago, GEM Real Estate Partners paid a little over $44 million for a retail complex in downtown Redmond, with seven buildings on both sides — north and south — of the elevated light-rail tracks. A subdivision and land sale appear to be in the works for all or most of the south buildings, at 7214 170th Ave. N.E.
