On the waterfront, Mack Urban sells Cyrene to AMLI for over $56M

The 16-story project began before the viaduct demo, and today has unobstructed west views to Elliott Bay.

In its first sale, the waterfront's Cyrene apartments traded earlier this week for a little over $56.3 million, according to King County records.
