Buyer found for old Polyclinic building

SEATTLE — Back in 2011, the Polyclinic moved most of its operations from the center of Capitol Hill downslope to First Hill, above the freeway in a new building on Seventh Avenue. Later it rebranded as Optum Care Washington. Its owner is UnitedHealth.

Some patients may recall the old 1145 Broadway building, at East Union Street. That's been all or mostly vacant for some time, and CBRE put it to market two years ago, as the DJC then reported.
