Waterfront Mariott sold to joint venture

The eight-story Marriott has 369 rooms, plus a restaurant, meeting rooms and ballroom. It'll continue to operate under the Marriott flag.

SEATTLE — Braemar Hotels & Resorts announced a pending $145 million sale in July for its Marriott Seattle Waterfront, at 2100 Alaskan Way. The DJC and others then reported the expected deal. The buyer wasn't then named, for a deal expected to close this month.
